This Privacy Policy describes how Airbook Enterprise FZE (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Airbook Enterprise (the “Service”) at https://www.airbookenterprise.com, including our WhatsApp messaging, campaign, contact management, and inbox features powered by the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Airbook Enterprise FZE, part of the Airbook Enterprise group of companies serving vacation rental and hospitality businesses in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: name, email address, organization name, password (stored hashed), role, and login activity.
Contact data you upload: customer phone numbers, names, and other fields you import or enter for messaging campaigns.
Message content: WhatsApp messages sent and received through the Service, including templates, delivery status, and conversation history.
WhatsApp Business API data: phone number IDs, message templates, delivery/read receipts, and account configuration required to operate the Service via Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API.
Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, access logs, and cookies necessary for authentication and security.

3. How we use information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
Send WhatsApp messages on your behalf to contacts you have added, in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.
Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and secure the platform.
Process subscriptions and billing.
Send service-related emails (account verification, password reset, billing notices).
Improve the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

The Service uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you connect a WhatsApp Business account, message data is transmitted to and processed by Meta in accordance with WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Meta Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that messages sent through the Service comply with WhatsApp’s policies, including obtaining proper opt-in from recipients before sending marketing or promotional messages.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

Meta / WhatsApp: to deliver messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
Service providers: hosting (e.g. Hostinger), email delivery, payment processing, and analytics — only as needed to operate the Service.
Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain account and message data for as long as your organization uses the Service, or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 9.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure password storage. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where our servers or service providers operate, including the United Arab Emirates, the United States (Meta/WhatsApp), and other jurisdictions. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Your rights and data deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Request deletion of your data
To delete your Airbook Enterprise account and associated personal data, email us at support@airbookenterprise.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include: (1) your full name, (2) organization name, (3) registered email address, and (4) a description of what you want deleted. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. Deletion may be limited where we must retain data for legal or legitimate business purposes.

WhatsApp users who wish to stop receiving messages should reply STOP or contact us directly. Organization administrators can remove contacts and delete accounts from within the Service.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in and secure the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the application. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

11. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
