If you have used Airbook Enterprise or received messages from a business using our platform, you can request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how.

Delete your Airbook Enterprise account

If you are a registered user (business account holder):

1. Email support@airbookenterprise.com
2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request
3. Include: your full name, organization name, and registered email address
4. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days

Stop WhatsApp messages from a business

If you received a WhatsApp message from a business using our platform:

• Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE on WhatsApp
• Or email us at support@airbookenterprise.com with your phone number and request to opt out

What we delete

Upon a verified request, we may delete or anonymize:

• Your user account and login credentials
• Organization profile and settings
• Contact lists and campaign data you uploaded
• Message history stored in our platform

Some data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Messages already delivered via WhatsApp may remain on recipients’ devices and Meta’s systems according to their policies.
